Anjalisa Aitken asked me to clarify that the first Waimea gathering is a fun beach meeting, but that future groups will be held at her studio in Waimea and will be able holding space for deep sharing---and fun too, of course.

We met at the beach, Hapuna. After greetings and reading the handout out loud, we unanimously chose to dive, literally, into the glorious environment, swimming, walking, noodling in the ocean. Got a dose of our fun in the sun. We reconvened in circle, in the shade, and found the perfect talking stick! A beautiful gift from the land, which we've permanently adopted. The sharing was about intentions, hopes and desires, as well as commitments around confidentiality, and time availability. We got off to a great start, set another beach date for the 2nd Tues. afternoon of December. Our parting moments were blessed with an especially terrific sunset. Our group welcomes others to join us at the beach. The more the merrier.
ReplyDeleteIn addition to the beach meetings I will host gathering(s) at my space, Wing Span Healing Arts Studio, with the intention of providing a cozy private indoor space for deep sharing. This hopefully will occur on a regular basis once or twice monthly, and will evolve however it can to best serve the participants. Please contact me if that is of interest to you.
